Bioheat® Fuel

Bioheat® fuel is a blend of heating fuel with renewable biodiesel. Our company is currently delivering a B10 blend of bioheat fuel as of 7/1/2023.

Biodiesel is a renewable liquid fuel made from by-products that would otherwise be wasted, like:

• Soybean Oil, Inedible Corn Oil, Canola Oil, Used Cooking Oil, and Animal Fats

Biodiesel is a renewable resource because the materials used to make it are agricultural by-products, also known as feedstocks. They are readily available and are made during agricultural production and would go to waste if not used to make biodiesel.

Yes! If you have an existing heating system and fuel tank, you can use our Bioheat® fuel.

Bioheat® fuel carries the same exact cost as regular fossil fuel heating oil. Here at Hiller Fuels, we want to make Bioheat® fuel accessible to everyone, and so we will keep our pricing the same as it always has been. When you get your heating oil through Hiller Fuels, you will not pay more for Bioheat® fuel.

Bioheat® fuel is one of the most affordable renewable heating fuels available because it doesn’t require any additional costs to convert. However, this heating blend is also clean-burning, highly efficient, and can even help to extend your equipment’s lifespan.
